Not What You Were

We recently created ‘calling cards’ that our church members can use to give to folks to direct them to our website and ‘get to know us’. When I asked Lee for a scripture to put on the back of the card he gave me 1 Corinthians 6:11

“That is what some of you used to be! But you were washed clean, you were made holy to God, and you were made right with God in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God.”

Today’s message is all about why he chose that particular scripture and what it means to him.
